Responsibilities
  • Travel internationally to client sites to install, maintain, and repair complex industrial machinery and equipment
  • Conduct detailed diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades to ensure equipment reliability and longevity
  • Provide clear and concise technical mentorship and training to clients on accurate equipment operation and maintenance
  • Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation of all field activities
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to improve product design and service delivery
  • Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry standard methodologies
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in various industrial settings
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate logistics for service visits
