Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of dynamic accounts receivable and/or dispute resolution experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
  • JD Edwards, M3, Get Paid experience a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Windows based software (PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Experience in a publicly traded company highly preferred.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functional and organizational teams.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Ability to self-start, prioritize and organize competing requests.
  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise, build and maintain a high performance team through understanding team competencies, effective recruitment, performance management, employee development, and efficient communication that drives positive employee engagement.
  • Monitor and report out on Metrics and SLA’s to help drive maximum productivity.
  • Help identify and drive process improvement and automation initiatives within the AR Deduction/Dispute and Cash Teams.
  • Provide superior service and support to both internal and external customers as the primary contact for escalation of business inquiries.
  • Ensure standard work documentation is up to date for the research and resolution of deductions.
  • Work with other departments requiring assistance in the Accounts Receivable/Dispute process.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests, as needed.
