  • You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or user experience (or any combination of these)

Responsibilities
  • Developing a deep understanding of our customers, our business, and our brand and guiding the strategy, design, and implementation of the best experiences to meet our members' needs
  • Prioritizing the work we do in both short and long term roadmaps based on a balance of business goals and the acute needs of our members and customers
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities for new features (and to optimize existing ones)
  • Driving product development through the entire development cycle, from conceptualization, design and development, through to launch and ongoing support, analysis, and evolution
  • Working closely with all areas of the company to create a best-in-class product experience
