Requirements
  • Currently pursuing degree in a Computer Science, Robotics, or other related discipline
  • Strong programming skills in Python and C++
  • Experience with robotic planning and real-time control
  • Comfortable working in the Linux environment
  • Familiarity with physics simulation environments for robotics, such as Gazebo or IsaacSim, is helpful
  • Experience with source control (git)
  • Enjoys learning new technologies, skills, and techniques as well as teaching them to others
Responsibilities
  • Develop real-time control software for autonomous guided vehicles
  • Use physics-based simulation packages to test and optimize robot behaviors
  • Develop path planning algorithms for manipulation and robot navigation
  • Work with bot controls test team to evaluate and debug robot behavior and performance
  • Develop high quality code and packages following software engineering best practices
