JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, enhance, code, test, deliver and debug software. Develop software products for larger, more complex stories spanning multiple technology domains. Facilitate and lead story breakup and grooming. Drive feature level architecture/design sessions. Participate in product level architecture/design sessions. Recommend actions to improve procedures and standards. Identify and communicate technical trends and/or emerging technology. Provide development guidance and support to less experienced colleagues. Provide technical mentoring to less experienced employees in the immediate group. Create DevOps CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOPs and Octopus. Create Observability and monitor framework to define Service Level Objectives(SLOs) and Service Level Indicators(SLI) by using Dynatrace and Azure AppInsight. Use Pulumi to create Infrastructure as Code for Azure Cloud. Create scalable cloud application infrastructure using Azure cloud. Establish Statics and Dynamic security scan for applications. Automate routine operational processes, reducing manual intervention and enhancing system efficiency and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a directly related field of study, plus the following experience:
• 5 years experience in the following web technologies: HTML; CSS; JavaScript; jQuery; XML; AngularJS; Bootstrap; ASP.NET MVC; and ASP.NET Web API.
• 5 years experience in EACH of the following database technologies: SQL Server 2016/2012, Microsoft Visual Studio 2015/2019/2022, and VSCode.
• 3 years experience in .NET Framework for Middleware using EACH of the following: Windows Communication Framework (WCF), Entity Framework, C#, .NET Framework 4.0/4.5, IIS 6.0/7.0, Web API, and Web Services.
• 3 years experience in EACH of the following Cloud technologies: Azure App Services, Vault, and Storage Accounts.
• 3 years experience in developing application with TDD methodology using Nunit, Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, and CI/CD for Azure Cloud or Pivotal Cloud Foundry. 2 years experience in DevOps and IaC using EACH of the following: Pulumi, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Octopus.
• 1 year experience in Data Integration Platforms using EACH of the following: DataBricks, Deltalake, ADF, Python, and Spark.
• 1 year experience in the following monitoring and observability technologies: Dynatrace Monitoring and AppInsight for Azure.
• 1 year experience in the following Security scans: Static scan using CheckMarx and Dynamic scan using InsightAppSec.

• Experience may be gained concurrently.
• Hybrid position. Must reside within commuting distance from the employer’s Chicago, IL office. Various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Salary: $153,317.00 - $179,000.00/year
