Requirements
  • F1 ecosystem expertise: progressive experience operating directly within the Formula 1 ecosystem, demonstrating a deep, nuanced understanding of its unique operational demands, logistical challenges, and commercial landscape.
  • Rightsholder management experience: Proven and demonstrable experience working directly with rightsholders in an operational, partnership, or hospitality capacity, understanding their guidelines, partner commitments, and high-performance environment.
  • Exceptional project management acumen: A verifiable track record of successfully planning, prioritizing, and executing multiple, concurrent, and high-pressure projects simultaneously, often across diverse geographical locations and tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail: An unwavering commitment to precision, accuracy, and an obsessive eye for detail in all aspects of program design, execution, and financial management.
  • Superior client management and communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport, manage complex client expectations, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Leadership and team development: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and empower diverse regional teams to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Pinnacle Hospitality Program Delivery: Strategically design, develop, and deliver bespoke, best-in-class hospitality programs that consistently exceed client expectations and set new industry benchmarks for exclusivity within the Formula 1 ecosystem.
  • Pinnacle Hospitality Program Delivery: Ensure all activations reflect brand values, are culturally sensitive, and provide unparalleled guest experiences at Grand Prix events.
  • Regional Team Leadership and Guidance: Provide expert leadership and operational guidance to a network of regional teams; Lead for on-the-ground hospitality delivery across multiple international race events; Develop standardized operational procedures, training materials, and communication protocols to ensure seamless and consistent, high-quality delivery worldwide.
  • Strategic Supplier and Vendor Management: Take full ownership of end-to-end third-party supplier relationships, from meticulous selection and contract negotiation to performance monitoring and quality assurance for all hospitality components (catering, logistics, staffing, infrastructure, entertainment, etc.); Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors to ensure optimal service delivery, cost-effectiveness, and innovative solutions.
  • Comprehensive Oversight and Reconciliation: Assume full responsibility for the development, management, and meticulous reconciliation of program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility, transparency, and profitability; Implement robust asset tracking systems and conduct thorough post-event reconciliations, providing detailed reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Project and Operational Excellence: Serve as the primary operational lead, expertly managing multiple, complex, and high-stakes projects simultaneously from conception through to flawless execution and post-event analysis; Develop comprehensive operational plans, timelines, risk assessments, and contingency strategies for all hospitality programs.
  • Client Relationship and Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain exceptional relationships with high-profile clients, F1 teams, commercial partners, and other key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met with unparalleled professionalism; Proactively anticipate client requirements, manage expectations, and effectively resolve any challenges with grace and efficiency.
