Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior leadership
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems (we use Concur and Workday)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully verbally, written, and in-person
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to a team of executives, including calendar management, meeting set up and execution, travel arrangements, expense reports, and other ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Ensure executives’ time and calendars are managed effectively; coordinate and schedule meetings, both in-person and virtual, for executives and team members
  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, meal coordination, and itinerary planning
  • Partner with internal teams to plan and execute important company announcements
  • Collaborate with and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization, as well as with external partners
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations; attend meetings and track action items
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
  • Monitor the daily operations of our Alpharetta office: partner with property management, coordinate and manage deliveries, plan and execute office events, and ensure that office equipment and supplies are appropriately maintained
  • Review and distribute mail, notary certifications, and manage office vendors
  • Provide after-hours and weekend support, as needed
