Requirements
  • Previous sales or partnership development experience
  • Outstanding customer service and phone skills
  • Organized and process-oriented in approach and prioritization of targets & tasks – must be able to manage concurrent activities across the sales cycle
  • Problem-solving & closing skills – ability to handle objections, persuade, and consistently close deals
  • Ability to maintain accurate information on each account in a sales automation system
  • Motivation, drive, and a self-starting mindset- this position requires a high level of activity and resilience
  • Be a team player- must be able to collaborate with different groups and innovate the best approaches for success.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and nurture prospective network child care programs in target areas
  • Identify ways to incentivize prospects
  • Maintain a consistent and sustainable pipeline of opportunities and negotiate those deals through the sales cycle to close
  • Manage contract negotiations navigating business terms, safety requirements, and pricing
  • Monitor daily volume of calls, messages, & touchpoints
  • Achieve individual contract goals on a consistent basis
  • Work in close collaboration with Safety/Vetting team to ensure centers meet our requirements
  • Work in close collaboration with Relationship Management team to launch new partners
