  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of service advisor experience or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong understanding of automotive terminology and mechanical principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus on building trust and rapport
  • Ability to actively listen, identify customer needs, and address concerns effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist service customers with professionalism, building trust and long-term relationships
  • Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
  • Communicate effectively between customers and technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
  • Track and manage repair progress, keeping customers informed at every step
  • Upsell maintenance and repair services to meet customer needs and drive revenue
  • Deliver exceptional service experiences that boost CSI/NPS scores and customer retention
  • Meet key performance goals: hours per RO, upsell %, CSI/NPS, and effective labor rate
