Requirements
  • Graduated with a Cybersecurity degree or a related field from an accredited college/university
  • at least 3 years of experience with a consulting firm or a Cybersecurity solutions/services provider/integrator
  • mastery of cybersecurity standards, norms and/or reference systems of the market, notably ISO 270xx, SANS, NIST, etc.
  • experienced in successful projects/missions with solid knowledge of at least two of the eight offerings listed in the job description
  • general knowledge of IP networks, operating systems such as Unix/Linux, Windows, and/or MacOS, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), applications (Web Server, Database, Middleware, etc.), and cryptography, with Blockchain knowledge being a real plus
  • familiarity with major market security solutions and technologies including Endpoint Security, VPN, VSX, Proxy/Reverse Proxy, EDR, IAM, MDM, DLP, CASB, Office 365 Security, etc.
  • certifications: CISSP, Security Plus, OSCE, OSEE, OSCP, OSWE, CCSP, SSCP, CSSLP, HCISPP, CISM, C-CISO, CISA, SANS SECXXX, CEH, LTP, GCIH, GCFA, GPEN, GXPN, GWAPT, GCFE, GCIA, ISO 27001 LI/LA, ISO 27005 RM, ISO 22301 LI/LA, AWS Certified Security, M-AZ 500 preferred
  • an exception will be made for high potential profiles who do not have these certifications and will join internal Cyber Training program
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end projects or sub-projects of a complex and/or international project, with proactive and regular reporting to the Manager and Client to ensure commitments are met
  • Take part in business development through design and development of commercial proposals, as well as by identifying new opportunities and clients
  • Manage client relationship on missions and build solid relationship with client contacts at middle management level who recognize you as an expert for assigned tasks
  • Be responsible for the management of consultants in the context of missions or internal projects, acting as reference/relay for Manager/Senior Manager for follow-up, validation of deliverables, evaluation of achievements, and development of consultants' soft and hard skills
  • Contribute to internal development of the firm including innovation within Sia CyberLab, development of new offers and SaaS solutions around advanced technologies and AI, benchmarks and PoC of Cyber solutions, active monitoring of Cyber news
  • Contribute to the firm's eminence by contributing to publication plan (articles, white papers, studies, webinars) and representing the firm at professional clubs, trade shows and events

Sia acquires Kaiser Associates to launch global corporate strategy and M&A business line

Sia, a global management consulting group, has acquired Kaiser Associates, a US-based strategy consulting firm, to launch a dedicated Corporate Strategy, Private Equity and M&A business line spanning the US, UK, France, Middle East and Australia. Founded in 1981, Kaiser Associates brings 65 consultants and operates from Washington, D.C., New York and London. The firm specialises in go-to-market strategy, growth assessments and market landscaping for Fortune 500 executives and private equity funds. Kaiser Associates' leadership team, including Ali Cumber, Paul Mumma and Jon Meyerholz, will join Sia as partners, with Meyerholz heading the new business line as managing partner. The acquisition expands Sia's North American presence and strengthens its position in private equity advisory.
