The Human Capital Management area has as its mission to maximize return on our most important asset: people. To meet this goal, there are financial solutions and workforce related solutions that need to be delivered to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle. 

Applications addressing the financial solutions side include compensation planning and recommendations; administration of the Firm's equity and option awards and deliveries; coordination and execution of relocation and mobility for employees; integration with the Firm's benefit providers and administration of the employee funds established within the various private equity and real estate funds offered by the Firm's special investment businesses. 

Applications addressing the workforce solutions include recruiting experienced and campus candidates; people lifecycle management; time and attendance tracking; eLearning solutions; talent assessment and management; and reporting and analytic solutions required to meet MIS and divisional needs.

As an Oracle developer in the HCM Engineering team, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, development and support of the people data, working closely with external vendors and HCM clients to manage and address their requirements. 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors/Masters degree (US or foreign equivalent) in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math field (Computer Science preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop business rules and validations in HCM SaaS cloud using fast formula, autocomplete, HCM Extracts, BIP
• Extend existing functionality using tools like Design studio and page composer.
• Able to add/modify integrations with SaaS using HCM data loader tool, DFF, EIT, HCM extracts, web services
• Able to design or configure new workflows in Oracle SaaS cloud
• Setup new or modify existing security roles using configurations 
• Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines 
• Provide strategic and tactical solutions 
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized. 
• Communicate clearly and persuasively and build consensus when required. 
• Build relationship with functional and technical experts 

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 8+ years of strong hands-on design and development experience with Oracle HCM Cloud 
• Hands on with oracle tools: HDLs, HCM extracts, BI, Design studio, Page composer, page integration
• Hands on with oracle middleware stack: OIC 
• Relational database experience is required, specifically with Oracle, Sybase
• Hands on experience with SQL 
• Basic understanding on Web services 
• Strong collaboration skills required; must be a team player (required to work extensively with other teams both locally and globally).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Good user requirements analysis skills and the ability to build strong user relationships
• HCM / HR experience strongly desired.
• Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
