About the Role
As a product manager of our buying experience, you’ll help automate all the ways that we transact Fivetran today to make it easier to buy Fivetran for our customers and our internal sales team. You will be responsible for a complex set of integrations across several systems to enable this goal. This is a high profile role; you’ll be a product leader that collaborates closely with our customers, executives, sales, customer success, design and engineering to deliver a simple, easy user experience for buying Fivetran while balancing achieving our financial goals as a business.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage the buying product roadmap; set quarterly goals and track deliverables and results.
- Prioritize major initiatives to improve the ease of use around buying and billing for our customers and internal operations.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and user research to identify areas of opportunity for improvements
- Collaborate closely with design, analytics, engineering, Growth Product Managers and business leads to drive successful changes and improvements.
- Work closely with marketing and enablement to run successful change management for our customers and internal teams as we evolve our buying technology.
- Evangelize the success of your initiatives.
Skills We’re Looking For
- Have a user focused mindset; deeply empathetic to customer needs and internal stakeholders.
- Technically conversant and able to collaborate easily with cross functional partners, designers and engineers on complex problems.
- Ability to inspire, motivate and lead designers and engineers to deliver business outcomes.
- Highly collaborative cross-functionally and within product organization.
- Strong attention to detail and deep technical understanding of integrations.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
- Demonstrated use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.
