Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 5+ years in a Human Resources Business Partner function
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business
  • Experience in organization design, performance management, leadership development, employee relations, succession planning, and talent development
  • Understanding of people analytics, compensation, total rewards, and budgeting
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic business environment
  • Tech industry experience highly desired
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide data-driven solutions
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
