Requirements
  • Four years of experience in an information technology role performing application support, implementation, or development.
Responsibilities
  • Provide training to less experienced peers.
  • Prepare training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
  • Identify and maintain customer issues and ensure proper resolution, forwarding issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the project or case.
  • Communicate customer needs and expectations to programmers, team members, and the team leader.
  • Provide software support and guidance by answering questions about software product functions, features, and usage, either at the customer site or remotely.
  • Oversee or perform customer system setup, including parameter setup and creation of job files for processing, and ensure related business processes run on the software.
  • Prepare customers for system migration, guide them through the migration process, and provide post-migration training or support.
  • Analyze customers’ existing products and processes and consult with customers to map the existing system to the company’s product.
  • Perform other assigned job duties.

Trust Stamp has integrated its driver's licence verification technology with Jack Henry's Banno Digital Platform. The AI-powered identity solutions provider embedded its AAMVA Driver's Licence Data Verification system using the Banno Digital Toolkit API framework. The integration provides community and regional financial institutions access to real-time verification against official DMV records. This moves institutions from document authentication to data verification, addressing rising identity fraud driven by generative AI. Jack Henry's ecosystem includes over 1,000 fintechs serving more than 7,200 financial institutions. Trust Stamp president Andrew Gowasack said the integration enables banks and credit unions to deploy high-assurance protection directly into native banking experiences without adding friction for users.

GoGuardian CEO Richard Preece joins Jack Henry board of directors

Jack Henry & Associates has appointed Richard Preece to its board of directors, effective 20 August 2026. Preece will serve on the board's Human Capital & Compensation and Risk & Compliance committees. Preece, 51, is chief executive officer of Liminex, trading as GoGuardian, an education technology company supporting over 25 million students and 10,000 schools nationwide. Before joining GoGuardian in 2024, he was chief operating officer at LegalZoom.com from 2019 to 2024. He previously held various management positions at Intuit from 2002 to 2019, including US general manager for QuickBooks. The company also announced that director Wes Brown will not stand for reelection at its November annual meeting, in accordance with the company's retirement age policy. Brown has served on the board since 2015.

Jack Henry hits record 58 core wins, revenue up 7% to $2.5B in FY2026

Jack Henry & Associates reported strong fiscal 2026 results with non-GAAP revenue of $2.5 billion, up 7% year-over-year. The financial technology firm achieved a record 58 competitive core wins, including 14 institutions with over $1 billion in assets. Operating margin expanded 92 basis points to 24%. GAAP earnings per share reached $6.98, whilst free cash flow increased 31% to $539 million. The company repurchased $448 million in shares, reducing outstanding shares by 4%, and paid $170 million in dividends. Cloud revenue grew 7%, representing 32% of total revenue, whilst recurring revenue accounted for 91%. Jack Henry demonstrated strong adoption of its integrated solutions, with 59% of core wins including its trifecta offering of core, digital, and card services, up from 39% the previous year. For fiscal 2027, the company forecasts non-GAAP revenue growth of 6.3% to 7.3%.
