So what will you be doing all day? You would join us as an Electrical Designer working on things like…
- Technical design on projects for our Healthcare sector
- Assisting in the production of construction documents (drawings and specifications) for new buildings, renovations and additions to existing facilities as needed
- Performing electrical system calculations and specifying equipment
- Maintaining project schedules
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Assisting in the coordination of project designs with other disciplines when applicable
- Developing and maintaining positive client relationships both internal and external
- Construction site observations and construction administration opportunities
We’d love for you to apply for this position if you have…
- A degree in Architectural or Electrical Engineering; relevant experience may considered in lieu of a degree
- At least 2+ years of related MEP experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in the use of Revit (strongly preferred)
- Past or current working experience with power distribution and lighting design
- Related experience in the design of retail and commercial building electrical systems
- Knowledge of applicable building electrical and energy codes
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written, with peers, Clients, Owners and Contractors
- The ability to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design
Anticipated salary range for this position may be $58,000 - $70,000
Salary may be higher or lower than the stated range depending on factors unrelated to the applicant’s race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ethnicity, age, or disability. Salary can vary from this range based on geographic cost of labor statistical differentials.
