What you’ll be working on:

• Acute care common concerns and procedures include: URI, bronchitis, chest pain, abdominal pain, back pain, acute mental health concerns, pelvic exams, STI diagnosis and treatment, laceration repair, I&D (abscess, bartholin’s and pilonidal), splinting, ingrown toenail removal
• Management of patients 14 years old and up
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams 
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures 
• Providing patient care during evenings, weekends, and some holidays 

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to work at least 3 holidays a year
• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• State license in New York, obtained by your One Medical start date
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary or urgent care setting, OR
  • 1 year in an outpatient primary or urgent care setting coupled with a 1 year primary care fellowship

The minimum base salary for this role is $155,000.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
