Integration Architect

Position: Senior Integration Architect (10 to 15 years of Integration experience) Under the direction of the Development Manager, the Senior Integration Architect serves as a trusted technical and architectural leader responsible for defining, designing, and guiding complex integration solutions across the firm’s client and internal environments. This role leads client-facing discovery, architects platform-agnostic integration solutions and provide hands-on technical leadership while operating at a strategic, enterprise-architecture level. Responsibility: • Lead end-to-end requirements discovery and solution definition with clients, translating business needs into scalable integration architectures. • Serve as a trusted advisor, confidently engaging clients and stakeholders to guide architectural decisions and integration strategies. • Architect platform-agnostic integration solutions including custom-built integrations, Power Platform solutions, iPaaS implementations, and hybrid architectures. • Clearly articulate architectural options, integration patterns, trade-offs, risks, and benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Collaborate closely with internal Wipfli teams including Dynamics 365, Business Central, and other application and platform teams. • Provide hands-on technical leadership by reviewing designs, guiding implementations, and acting as an escalation point for complex integration challenges. • Design integrations that align with Wipfli’s overall technology strategy, security standards, and best practices. • Document integration architectures, standards, and design decisions to enable consistent delivery and reuse. • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in integration and drive continuous improvement across the integration practice. • Represent Wipfli with professionalism, credibility, and confidence, reinforcing trust in both the solution and the firm.
