Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of experience in industry marketing and B2B GTM planning and partner program management
  • The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and how it can be used to create business outcomes for large Telecom Operators, Enterprises and the Federal markets with an innate ability to transform complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand messaging and materials to enable our partners
  • Experience in marketing HW/SW industry solutions from a B2B perspective to vertical enterprise markets and working with partners to enable external channels
  • Experience and knowledge in the area of 5G/Edge, Networking, IoT and networking infrastructure to drive/execute campaigns and communications to industry verticals is a must
  • Understanding of JMA Wireless technology and solutions as the leading provider of network infrastructure for in building network coverage (Distributed Antenna Systems- DAS) and Private Wireless Networks
  • Familiarity with Higher Education, Hospitality, Sports and Entertainment and Federal Markets a plus
  • Experience in incorporating partners into large scale events (Mobile World Congress) and industry events
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to set goals and deliver campaigns that support strategic account plans and growth verticals
  • 30% travel required domestic and international

Responsibilities
  • As the JMA Partner Development Director you will be responsible for developing and promoting a partner program for distribution partners, SI's, Operators and ISV's that align to three critical market segments- Telecom Operators, Enterprise, Federal Markets
  • In this role, you will work across the JMA organization to prioritize, develop and execute go-to-market plans with a subset of the top JMA consulting (systems integration), distribution partners and Operators to enable channel success
  • Understand each of the top consulting partner's unique value proposition and evangelize this internally throughout JMA and externally with customers
  • Serve as single point of contact to the JMA's direct sales and partner sales leadership for all marketing related activities and events
  • Work with cross functional teams to create and execute on strategic business plans, inclusive of enablement and marketing campaigns to execute achievement against JMA partner goals
  • Drive partner sales revenue through campaign development and promotion with reviews of progress, opportunity registration and business closed while creating success stories and collateral to promote externally
  • Deliver an enablement program through training and certifications and go-to-market strategies for differentiation and expanding their footprint with a focus on training and building competency in each of JMA's solutions areas
  • Act as the owner of Partner Operations and effectiveness
  • Deliver meaningful integrated marketing campaigns that deliver ROI to the sales team and fill the funnel with new opportunities across the 3 segments with our partners
