  • Demonstrable experience in a Benefits/Reward function or HR administration
  • The ability to work collaboratively across the Human Resources and global Benefits team
  • Enthusiastic, with a positive "can do" attitude and a methodical approach to problem solving

Responsibilities
  • Responding to Benefit and HR queries from employees, managers and external vendors
  • Participating in plan renewal, coordinating and providing data to various vendors and providers
  • Overseeing membership across a variety of benefit plans, ensuring compliance with HR policy and procedures
  • Supporting with employee communications via email, the intranet and summary documents
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely payment of invoices and keeping track of annual spend in line with budget
  • Working with existing and new vendors to support the vendor risk assessment process
  • Contributing to regular benchmarking, identifying areas for improvement and working with existing or new vendors to improve the overall benefits package
  • Offering tactical and day to day support to the Benefits and Pensions team in planning benefit integration and assisting with business as usual activities and broader strategic initiates and projects.
