- Collaborate with HR business partners to identify business requirements
- Document, confirm and communicate requirements with business owners, IT and other supporting organizations
- Act as a liaison to the systems development team
- Assist in the deployment of new/enhanced HR technology solutions
- Provide tactical direction on Human Capital Management (Oracle R12) product functionality as well as support ancillary HR technologies
- Coordinate development of project plans with Project Manager and report out on assigned tasks in a clear and timely manner
- Prepare program test plans and conduct acceptance testing
- Participate in special projects, as requested
- Act as point of contact for various HR vendors relative to systems and process issues and enhancements
