Requirements
  • Native Polish language skills (C1/C2) - You communicate confidently with Polish-speaking parents and can get them excited about our offering.
  • Sales mindset & initiative - You love to convince people, actively expand your customer base and set yourself ambitious goals.
  • Strong communication skills - you are persuasive, listen carefully, find solutions and manage to build trust.
  • Experience in sales - Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM systems (an advantage) - If you have already worked with CRM tools, you are well prepared.
Responsibilities
  • The perfect combination - you manage sales & customer success - from the first consultation to long-term support.
  • Advise & convince - You advise parents and students, recommend optimal learning solutions and find suitable tutors.
  • Generating deals - You generate deals, get families excited about tutoring packages and successfully conclude contracts.
  • Build customer relationships - You strengthen customer loyalty, manage your customer base and optimize the learning experience
  • Upselling & referrals - You increase sales through upselling strategies and promote referrals in a targeted manner.

It connects students of all ages with tutors across more than 30 subjects, delivering tailored instruction via live online sessions. The process starts with an educational advisor consultation to set learning goals, followed by a free trial lesson with a top tutor, and then a customized long-term lesson package. Sessions occur online, offering flexible scheduling and location independence.
