What you’ll achieve
As a Principal Systems Development Engineer, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analyses of existing systems. You will work on design and integration of Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) into Dell Enterprise Servers and Systems.

You will:

• Deliver assigned system interfaces with design and process across extended teams

• Prepare documentation for inspection/testing procedures

• Design, develop and implement cost effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years of professional Systems development engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Deep knowledge of hardware and software interactions, Computer Architecture, and ability to apply this understanding to identify, debug, and resolve issues

• Experience with technical project management, ideally working with vendors or partners to bring technology to market

• Excellent engineering leadership skills and ability to work with and influence across global organization and lead cross-functional development teams

Desirable Requirements

• Have a disciplined, structured and logical approach to problem solving

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and produce deliverables in a timely & accurate manner
