Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics
- Bachelor of Science, in the areas of Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Computer Science, or other related fields
- Expert in data analysis, visualization, and communication
- Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations using Grafana, Tableau, or similar
- Experienced in SQL and Python
- Experience in embedded and/or automotive SW
- Experience with agile and waterfall SW development methodologies
- Experience with SW project and quality management systems
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively to define KPIs for software quality and productivity
- Design, develop and maintain advanced reporting capabilities and dashboards for tracking software development, quality, and performance metrics based on various data sources
- Drive data model consistency across teams and tools
- Visualize real-time data to assist agile teams in real-time decision making
- Generate reports for making and archiving release decisions
- Use analytics to identify opportunities for software quality and process improvements
- Design dashboard views for multiple audiences, from individual SW developer to executive level
- Present outcomes and progress to the executive team as well as to other audiences
- Evaluate, select and integrate 3rd party tools
- Provide documentation and training
