All new medicines need to undergo clinical trials to show theyâre safe and effective. But todayâs clinical trial infrastructure is stuck in the past, and the cost of developing new medicines has skyrocketed as a result. Patients have to wait longer and pay more for new treatments.
Our mission is to fix this; we use software to help innovative companies run faster, more reliable, and patient-friendly clinical trials. Weâre still a young company, but weâve already had a big impact. Since founding the company in March 2021 weâve helped run over 100 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients, with a customer NPS of 100.
We recently raised a $55m Series B round from Balderton Capital, with support from Creandum, Firstminute, Seedcamp, and Visionaries.
đAbout the role
Weâre looking for a Growth Associate that will play a foundational role in helping a rapidly growing startup implement technology, techniques, AI, and automations that will help expand the companyâs commercial reach and acquire new leads at scale through creative cutting edge techniques. Youâll work directly with the VP of Marketing and Head of Growth to ideate and implement new technology forward techniques meant to acquire new sales leads in unconventional and interesting ways. We are looking for someone with strong critical thinking that has a firm understanding of potential customers and their motivations, coupled with a strong bias to action, out-of-the-box thinking, and interested in finding new applications for technology to enable commercial growth.
Comprehensive training will be provided on internal processes; however, you should be already equipped with the skills needed to confidently engage with prospects and manage our lead pipeline efficiently. This role will be based in either the UK or the US.

Weâd like to hear from you ifâŚ
You bring 1+ years of experience ideally in a startup commercial function. You are goal-oriented with a proven track record of consistent QoQ quota attainment and track record of achieving metrics, i.e.: emails, leads etc.
Work in life sciences or clinical trials is big plus.
You like breaking the status quo and push a tech forward, automated mind set towards growth and scaling pipeline
You have excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
You have the ability to learn quickly and understand our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), value proposition and position within the marketplace.
You possess strong critical thinking skills, and ability to understand new and abstract concepts quickly.
You have a strong aptitude for using automated software platforms.
Familiarity and knowledge with platforms like Hubspot, Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly, Clay and Lemlist is a big plus.
High aptitude for tech in general, embracing automation, and trying new tools and processes to streamline manual/traditional processes
You have a bias to action. Always looking for ways to proactively make an impact on our big-picture commercial goals and taking action without asking.
You are a go-getter, pushing to exceed your lead quotes and coming up with creative ways to engage your prospects

đWhat youâll focus on
Experimenting with new tools, techniques and building processes that can help the company hit its commercial goals
Generate sales discovery calls through dedicated prospecting via emails, LinkedIn, and more.
Qualifying and prospecting into accounts showing intent based on our ICP.
Drafting/enriching email and LinkedIn outreach copy templates and suggesting data-driven improvements to them.
Engaging in other forms of prospecting including phone calls and texts
Operating and maintaining highly automated workflows and tools.
Qualifying and reaching out to inbound leads in a timely manner across different timezones with the objective of booking appointments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and communications in our CRM (Hubspot).
