  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Applications, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Computer/IT Certification a plus
  • At least 2 years of product support experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proven ability to resolve escalated technical issues
  • Positive, professional, solution-oriented, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients to understand questions and concerns
  • Register incidents in CRM system
  • Manage email cases and resolve customer issues
  • Classify incidents based on severity and priority
  • Utilize Knowledge Base to resolve incidents
  • Investigate and resolve incidents with no known solution
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve incidents
  • Update Knowledge Base and Communities
  • Provide regular updates to support and customers
  • Handle incident escalations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with clients
  • Collaborate with Senior or Principle Support Engineers
  • Replicate and log reported bugs
  • Escalate cases when required
  • Attend training classes and complete certifications
  • Use appropriate discretion in handling client calls
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Contribute to the Support Knowledge base
  • Work shift rotation to cover evenings, holidays, and weekends
