  • Graduate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent working experience required.
  • Qualified accountancy qualification or equivalent working experience required.
  • 7+ years of experience in global payroll processes, general ledger postings, data maintenance, and month-close processes.
  • Management skills, with experience working cross-collaboratively with different teams and team members.
  • Technology-literate, including Microsoft Suite and NetSuite.
  • Accountability even when working with the team and the flexibility to collaborate with colleagues in multiple time zones.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the US entity month-end close processes and maintenance of the general ledgers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly account reconciliations including responsibility for bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable and intercompany balances.
  • Oversight and support day-to-day finance operations relating to our US-supported employees, including supported employee payroll accounting, passthrough reconciliations, payment processes, payroll configuration ownership.
  • Responsible for E-Recruit invoicing processes, sync's to NetSuite, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with Payroll and Regional Finance Teams to ensure error-free payroll postings.
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation projects.
  • Special projects based upon the needs of the finance department.
