What believers are saying

  • Pine added Australia with Stratus on 2026-05-13, expanding beyond North America and Europe.
  • Partnerships with Fortis on 2026-07-23 and ProNovos on 2026-08-05 deepen product relevance.
  • Solver’s 2026-06-09 rollout reaches Pine’s 10,000-customer network, creating cross-sell and recurring revenue.

What critics are saying

  • Datel, Stratus, and Inixion rely on founder transitions; departures weaken relationships fast by 2027.
  • Pine depends on vendor ecosystems like Sage and NetSuite; channel-rule changes squeeze partner economics.
  • The portfolio spans 17 companies across five countries; one bad acquisition cycle destroys the thesis.

What makes Pine Services Group unique

  • Pine Services Group bought Datel on 2026-07-20 and preserves local brands, autonomy, and leadership.
  • Its ERP-only focus spans Sage, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and SAP Business One partners.
  • Evergreen-backed buy-and-hold ownership gives founders permanent capital instead of forced resale timelines.

ProNovos partners with Pine Services Group to extend early payment options to construction subcontractors.

ProNovos partners with Pine Services Group to extend early payment options to construction subcontractors. News. For Immediate Release Atlanta, GA - August 5th, 2026 Referral partnership connects Pine Services Group clients with QuickPay Direct, giving subcontractors a way to accelerate progress invoice payments and improve cash flow visibility. ProNovos, a leading provider of construction intelligence software, announced a referral partnership with Pine Services Group, a holding company dedicated to the growth and legacy of premier ERP service partners and global business application companies. Under the agreement, Pine Services Group will introduce its clients to ProNovos' QuickPay Direct program, giving construction subcontractors a faster path to cash when their payments are tied up in outstanding invoices or haven't come in yet. QuickPay Direct is a spot factoring solution: rather than committing their entire accounts receivable ledger, as traditional factoring requires, subcontractors choose which invoices to accelerate and when. Many subcontractors face a familiar bind: cash held up in progress billing while retainage sits until project close, sometimes for years. QuickPay Direct doesn't change when retainage is released, but it does give subs a way to keep operating cash moving on active billing while retainage waits. "We built QuickPay Direct so subcontractors aren't stuck with a single, all-or-nothing decision about their invoices. Partnering with Pine Services Group means more subcontractors can see exactly where their cash flow stands and pick the invoice that gets them moving again, whether that cash is tied up with a slow-paying GC or just hasn't landed yet. That's the mission: give subs options they can put to work quickly, on their own terms." CEO, ProNovos "Our clients come to us looking for solutions to real, everyday cash flow problems, not more software for software's sake. ProNovos gives us a technology we're glad to put in front of them: one that improves visibility into their cash flow and accelerates invoice payments when they need it most. It's a natural fit for the clients we serve." Chris Milan Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Pine Services Group In addition to QuickPay Direct, ProNovos offers QuickPay, an early payment program for general contractors to weigh their options in real time and choose the best course of action to pay their subcontractors while protecting their schedule, boosting their margins, and avoiding unnecessary cash ties. The partnership is part of ProNovos's continued push to put early payment programs in front of the subcontractors who need them when cash flow gets tight, whether that's between draws, during a slow-paying stretch, or while waiting on funds that haven't arrived. About pronovos. ProNovos provides cutting-edge cloud-based financial intelligence and project management solutions that empower construction professionals to discover new opportunities, make informed decisions, save costs, and mitigate risks. Your ERP runs your business. Your payments should run through it.

Your ERP runs your business. Your payments should run through it. July 23, 2026 Fortis and Pine Services Group are closing the gap between ERP systems and payments for thousands of businesses. Ask most finance teams how payments and their ERP system work together, and you'll get a tired laugh. Payments usually get bolted on after the ERP is already live, through a separate provider, on a separate timeline, with its own login and its own data. The two systems were never built to talk to each other, so someone on the finance team has to do the talking for them: exporting reports, matching transactions by hand, chasing down discrepancies. All just to answer where cash actually stands. Fortis and Pine Services Group are teaming up to close that gap, so payments and accounts receivable work inside the ERP platforms businesses already run on, instead of alongside them. Fewer systems, fewer hours lost to reconciliation. Fortis builds ERP-native embedded payment workflows, meaning payment processing, ACH, and accounts receivable live directly inside platforms like NetSuite, Sage, and Acumatica rather than in a separate portal. Through this partnership, that capability now reaches Pine's North American network of ERP consulting firms and VARs, the same advisors already helping businesses evaluate and implement the systems that run their financial operations. The practical result: instead of assembling ERP, payments, and AR as three separate pieces over time, businesses can build one connected financial workflow from the start. Less manual reconciliation, better visibility into cash flow, and a finance team that spends its time on analysis instead of data entry. "Payments are one of the highest-impact ways our portfolio companies can create value for their customers, and Fortis is a best-in-class partner to help them do it. Their embedded technology fits directly into the ERP systems we support, and we are thrilled to bring that capability to the Pine community." Chris Milan Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Pine Services Group A new revenue line for ERP consultants and VARs. This isn't only a smoother rollout for the businesses on the receiving end. For Pine's network of consulting firms and VARs, it's a new way to deepen the client relationship and generate recurring revenue. Rather than handing payments off to a separate provider once the ERP implementation wraps, partners can bring payments into the deal itself and get compensated for it on an ongoing basis, not just at the point of sale. "Pine Services Group owns one of the strongest portfolios of ERP-focused VARs in the market. What excites me is that they think like operators, not just resellers. They understand the embedded payments opportunity from inside their own businesses, and that gives them a real head start activating it across their portfolio. We're aligned on customer outcomes and committed to proving this works at scale. I'm genuinely excited about what we can build together." Sanjay Ejantkar SVP, Partner Experience & Success, Fortis The bottom line. ERP platforms have become the operational center of most businesses. Payments can't keep sitting next to that center. They need to live inside it. Fortis and Pine Services Group are helping ERP consultants, VARs, and the businesses they serve build that connection from day one, instead of patching it in after the fact. Solver and Pine Services Group announce partnership to expand ai-accelerated FP&A across portfolio.

Solver and Pine Services Group announce partnership to expand ai-accelerated FP&A across portfolio. Solver, an AI-accelerated extended financial planning and analysis (xFP&A) solution, today announced a strategic partnership with Pine Services Group, a long-term global holding company within Evergreen Services Group focused on partnering with leading ERP and technology-enabled services businesses. The partnership will make Solver's xFP&A platform available across Pine's network of 17 operating companies, spanning a community of over 10,000 customers and a broad ecosystem of value-added resellers (VARs) that serve organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia. Mid-market organizations across multiple industries face mounting pressure on their financial and operational teams demanding faster planning cycles, more accurate forecasts, and on-demand financial visibility. Yet many still rely on disconnected spreadsheets and manual processes that delay insight and slow decision-making. As ERP platforms evolve and data complexity grows, finance teams need a modern, integrated FP&A layer that connects to their existing systems without months of implementation. Solver addresses this need with its intelligent xFP&A suite to integrate rapidly with leading ERPs, many of which are represented across Pine's portfolio. Finance teams can be up and running in days using tailorable templates, eliminating the lengthy implementation timelines that have historically slowed FP&A adoption. Powered by Solver Copilot, finance and operational teams gain instant access to AI-enhanced agents that deliver anomaly detection, trend analysis, and predictive recommendations, all within a familiar Excel-based report designer and backed by enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. "We're excited to partner with Solver to deliver a modern FP&A solution that helps organizations improve budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and overall financial visibility," said Chris Milan, VP of Strategic Partnerships at Pine Services Group. "Solver's platform gives finance teams the tools they need to make faster, more informed decisions, and this partnership strengthens Pine Services Group's ability to support customers with scalable, data-driven financial planning solutions." Through this partnership, Pine Services Group customers and ERP affiliates will benefit from: * Access to Solver's full xFP&A suite including Planning, Reporting, Consolidation, Analysis, and Data Warehouse capabilities integrated with their existing ERP systems. * Rapid deployment through QuickStart connectors and a growing library of industry-specific templates from Solver's Template Marketplace, reducing time-to-value. * AI-powered financial intelligence through Solver Copilot, including the Help Agent for instant answers and the Analysis Agent for anomaly detection, trend identification, and predictive recommendations purpose-built for finance teams. "Pine Services Group represents an exceptional network of ERP-focused businesses with deep industry roots and a shared commitment to helping their customers grow," said Corey Barak, Chief Operating Officer at Solver. "By bringing Solver's xFP&A platform to Pine's community of VARs and their collective customer base, we can dramatically expand access to modern financial planning and analysis for organizations that are ready to move beyond spreadsheets and manual reporting." Pine's portfolio includes 17 operating companies representing publishers such as Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, SAP Business One, and others, all of which align closely with Solver's existing ERP integration ecosystem. Pine's decentralized operating model means that individual portfolio companies retain their independence and customer focus while gaining access to shared resources, strategic support, and now, Solver's xFP&A capabilities as a value-add for their clients. Solver's unified platform eliminates the need for multiple point solutions by consolidating budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, consolidation, and analytics into a single source of truth.
