Requirements
  • 2-4+ years of experience in growth operations, sales ops or strategy in an early stage, high-growth tech startup, finance or consulting; experience in a marketplace, real estate tech or construction tech is a plus
  • Experience with Excel, SQL, Airtable, or other spreadsheet/database tools; Experience with Zapier, Integrately, Workato, or other low/no-code tools is a plus.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset; you know how to look at numbers, assess the situation and lead initiatives to move the number in the right direction
  • Proven track record as a resourceful self-starter; you're able to deliver results and manage projects across many stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and an empathetic work style; you work well with a cross-functional team and are able to able to operate with many ideas and inputs
  • An excitement to experiment, try new things, and be creative
  • Comfort with a fast-paced, rapidly changing and ambiguous (but fun!) work environment
Responsibilities
  • Expansion - launch new markets and service offerings by working cross-functionally between our Marketplace, Sales and Marketing teams
  • Demand Generation - generate qualified leads via performance marketing channels
  • Analytics - build and maintain growth funnel reporting to measure marketing and sales performance
  • Sales Ops - optimize and iterate on go-to-market strategy, sales processes, automations and tools to improve conversion and efficiency for our growth funnel
