Requirements
  • 5+ years of HRBP experience

Responsibilities
  • Support in scaling efforts for our team across multiple geographies
  • Design, manage and execute people analytics projects across the entire employee lifecycle from start to finish (employee development, org health, manager development, culture, internal communications, D&I, organizational design, and planning)
  • Data extraction, analysis, and presentation
  • Drive and develop HR programs for our non-exempt operations teams
  • Support and lead employee relations issues and investigations
  • Collaborate with our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team in maintaining an inclusive work environment
  • Create and support the development of compelling workforce stories and actionable insights through analysis and data visualization
  • Communicating insights and recommendations to all levels throughout the organization
  • Execute our engagement survey process and present results
  • Make strategic recommendations on the systems, methods, and practices we need to explore for the most effective and scalable outcomes
  • Support in ensuring positive, inclusive, and equitable employee experience (EX) using data and HR best practices
  • Improve the efficiency and automation of reporting processes
