Create and maintain documentation related to platform processes, procedures, and guidelines
Set guiding principles and facilitate assessment of platforms by understanding business objectives and feature requirements in collaboration with various stakeholders as well as infosec, privacy, legal and regulatory teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize platform performance
Continuously improving the performance of these platforms to enhance marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and overall efficiency. This may involve customization of workflows, automation rules, reporting dashboards, and integrations to meet specific business needs.
Analyze platform data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, escalating as needed to technical support or development teams
Assist in the development and execution of roadmap for digital asset management, workflow management, marketing productivity tools.
Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders on platform usage and best practices
Prepare and deliver executive platform reviews, presenting performance, key metrics, and plans.
Automation and scripting for platform management tasks.
7+ years of experience in platform management, with technical background.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Ability to analyze platform data & performance to suggest & plan enhancements.
Excellent communication, problem-solving & collaboration skills.
Demonstrate the ability to identify and implement emerging technologies.
Must have hands on experience evaluating, assessing, onboarding & managing enterprise level platforms such as digital asset management, workflow management, marketing productivity tools etc.
Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a plus
