  • Minimum Education: Associate's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 4 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, or a similar field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in using content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media tools.
  • Experience with digital communication strategies and familiarity with SEO principles.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging messages for various audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer-facing interactions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals and client objectives.
  • Write, edit, and proofread a wide range of materials including internal newsletters, external client-facing communications, reports, and press releases.
  • Assist in the creation of content for websites, blogs, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
  • Facilitate the dissemination of key project updates and milestones to both internal and external audiences.
  • Manage internal communication platforms and support project managers in communicating project goals and updates to teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce creative communication materials, such as brochures, presentations, and videos.
  • Support crisis communication efforts by drafting clear and concise messaging during critical situations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and clients for communication-related activities and events.
  • Stay current on emerging communication technologies and techniques, ensuring that strategies are innovative and effective.
  • Organize and assist with company events, webinars, or public outreach initiatives as required.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns and strategies, adjusting as needed.
