Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 6 years of technical work experience in development and improvement of production systems
  • Hands-on engineering or manufacturing experience in rate-based and high-volume manufacturing
  • Experience communicating with and influencing partners across organizational lines
  • Experience in cradle-to-grave ownership of complex engineering or production scopes
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement rate-based assembly processes
  • Own and manage interdisciplinary projects to increase rate and throughput of capacitor line
  • Help develop new business processes for production line growth
  • Gather data to identify production bottlenecks and propose solutions
  • Identify high return-on-investment capabilities for manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate on development of future processes
