  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
  • Expertise in SailPoint (IIQ/ISC)
  • Expertise in Okta for both Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and Workforce Identity
  • Experience with Delinea for Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across SailPoint, Okta, and Delinea
  • Proven ability to ensure IAM solutions comply with industry standards such as SOX and PCI-DSS
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to Agile environments using tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Support and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ or ISC
  • Manage Access Management with Okta for CIAM solutions and Workforce Identity
  • Oversee Privileged Access Management (PAM) using Delinea
  • Work closely with Governance, Incident Response, and Engineering teams
  • Ensure IAM solutions meet security policies and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to and help execute the multi-year IAM roadmap
  • Provide expert technical leadership during security incidents
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative environment
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and practices within the IAM field
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
  • Certifications in SailPoint and Okta
  • Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud environments like AWS or Azure
