Requirements
  • Must possess strong experience in building cloud native web/mobile applications using modern architecture principles
  • Must be well experienced with Cloud based application architectures
  • Must have familiarity AWS products like ECS, Lambda, Elasticsearch, API Gateway, AppSync
  • Must have a grasp of coding languages like Java, JavaScript and Python
  • Must have worked on React based applications
  • Experience of having worked in SCRUM environment and knowledge of SCRUM Framework
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly desired

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of talented software engineering engineers to deliver Internal Web applications for critical Business Units
  • Highly technical leader who collaborates with various teams to architect, develop, and deploy custom software applications
  • Build strong partnerships with key business stakeholders in order to understand their requirements and plan resources for functional roadmap
  • Manage the Daily/Weekly activities of the developers, team leads and support the onboarding of new team members
  • Define key metrics and KPIs and implement them to ensure maximum uptime of applications
  • Deliver for business continuity and disaster recovery goals for various applications
  • Develop and be accountable for critical vendor partnerships
  • Work closely with technical leads, architects to come up with technical roadmap and plan deliveries for those
  • Determine release deliverable status, assessing problem areas, suggesting and reviewing corrective actions
  • Work with tech leads to improve technical excellence by following coding standards, Unit test case coverage and other areas
  • Helps resolve business and technical blockers/issues and coordinates solutions across multiple technical and cross functional teams
