  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Business/Product Analyst or Product Owner, or equivalent experience
  • Workforce or HCM product experience
  • Strong analytical and product management skills
  • Experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Agile & Scrum experience

Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze market, customer use cases, and competitor products to identify problems and business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to build and deliver high-quality products.
  • Translate business needs and use cases into executable product requirements and user stories for the development team.
  • Be responsible for the product backlog grooming, clearly expressing the product backlog items, and prioritizing the items to best achieve our product goals within a scrum framework.
  • Define the user story acceptance criteria and ensure 'definition of done' is aligned with the development team.
  • Coordinate product release and launch activities with Product Marketing.
  • Other duties include scheduling and leading meetings to identify product issues, managing product roadmaps, and completing daily goals and schedules to meet project deadlines.
