  • Provide both administrative and strategic support for various different People processes (e.g., employee engagement surveys, performance reviews)
  • Manage immigration cases, visa sponsorships, and leaves (e.g., parental leave, medical leave) by partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and programs as they come up (Examples: Building policies, developing training materials, developing reports)
  • Serve as our point of contact for various external vendors
  • Continuously monitor for better platforms and tools for the People team
