  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise software solutions, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and enterprise software systems, with experience in the e-commerce sector being highly desirable
  • General understanding of supply chain and e-commerce systems and processes, with the ability to identify integration opportunities and drive alignment across product portfolios

Responsibilities
  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise accounting/finance systems, with a focus on process/system Automation and data quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, accounting, operations, IT, and E-Commerce to define product requirements and prioritize features that align with business objectives
  • Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and iterate on features to improve usability, performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop a deep understanding of supply chain and e-commerce systems and processes and identify opportunities for integration and optimization with enterprise accounting/finance systems
  • Partner with supply chain, operations, and e-commerce teams to optimize accounting/finance processes, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiency
  • Act as a subject matter expert for enterprise accounting/finance systems and provide guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders
