As a Process Quality Engineer at Nutanix in the Supply Chain Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in production and delivery of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the organization, including Supply Base Management, Fulfillment, Engineering, and Service logistics, to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and drive overall operational excellence. Within this team, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our organization.
Your Role
- Analyze, audit, and identify gaps in the existing quality management system
- Provide training and guidance on six sigma projects and be a hands-on guide for project teams
- Perform process capability studies and data-driven decision-making to achieve operational excellence
- Drive statistical analysis, including Weibul analysis for production test optimization strategies and Design of Experiments
- Implement process control measures to ensure consistent quality
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive measure
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience as a Process Quality Engineer
- Proficient in statistical analysis, and tools such as minitab
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, 5S)
- Professional certification in Kaizen/Lean Six Sigma or related areas are a MUST
- Experienced auditor on Quality management system such as ISO standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 139,440 and USD $ 277,680 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
