Localization Project Manager @ Binance

We are looking for professional, experienced candidates to be a part of our growing global team. The successful candidate will be part of the in-house localization team and will work closely with internal clients and linguists (freelancers, in-house translators and agencies). The candidate will manage multilingual localization projects of various scope and impact within the timeframe agreed with the requestors.

Responsibilities:

Communicate regularly and professionally with colleagues on assigned projects.
Ensure communication is clear and concise on project requirements to vendors.
Monitor status and track the delivery of projects.
Possess strong problem-solving capabilities.
Create clear and efficient workflows as well as improve on existing ones.
Build good working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Compile weekly and ad hoc reports as appropriate.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Localization Project Manager.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
Passion for technology and blockchain.
Experience in managing localization of user interfaces and software.
Excellent skills in stakeholder management.
In-depth knowledge of translation management software (SDL Trados, Memsource, Smartling, MemoQ) and CAT tools.
Excellent knowledge of various file formats and project management software.
Degree in related fields (linguistics, translation-related degrees preferred).
Ability to cope under pressure and to work within tight deadlines.
Ability to work with remote teams.
Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
