Requirements
  • 15+ years of marketing experience, including 10+ years in performance and brand marketing roles
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile gaming, real money gaming, sports betting, or consumer digital products
  • Proven success building and leading teams in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, programmatic, influencer, affiliate, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and experimentation to guide decisions
  • Experience with marketing tech stacks, CRM tools, attribution platforms, and creative testing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functionally
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
Responsibilities
  • Own the full marketing strategy and execution across paid, organic, lifecycle, and brand channels
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization, fostering collaboration across creative, acquisition, CRM, and analytics teams
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget with a focus on measurable ROI and capital efficiency
  • Drive user acquisition and growth across performance channels including paid social, search, influencer, and partnerships
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing, CRM, and retention strategies to increase LTV and reduce churn
  • Define and evolve ReBet’s brand voice, positioning, and identity to deepen customer connection and stand out in a competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to optimize funnel performance and customer experience
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics, marketing attribution, and testing frameworks
  • Serve as a thought leader and marketing advisor to the CEO and executive team

Rebet is a free-to-play social sportsbook platform for the U.S. market (available in 47 states) that lets users bet on favorite teams, create peer-to-peer challenges, and share wagers in a social-feed style app. It runs on two currencies: Rebet Coins, a purchasable in-app currency for casual play, and Rebet Cash, earned through promotions and prizes and redeemable after winning wagers. Revenue comes mainly from selling additional Rebet Coins inside the app. The product uses a data partnership with Sportradar to offer betting markets across more than 60 leagues. The social focus and built-in community features set it apart from traditional sportsbooks by enabling friends to compete and socialize around bets. The founders launched the app in 2024 after backing from seven-figure private investment, with the goal of adding a communal, social layer to sports betting and turning social engagement into a revenue stream through digital currencies and promotions.
