As an Escrow Funding Specialist, You Will

• Review all signed documents and approvals for funding/disbursement of funds
• Balance and disburse file
• Cut and send out all checks and wires
• Send signed recordable documents to recording
• Check Positive Pay daily to verify no check exceptions with the bank
• Help with daily recons and other tasks assigned by Manager

• Possess and understand escrow accounting requirements
• Knowledgeable of real estate transaction documentation
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Understand the key touch points of a residential title and closing transaction
• Ability to be the primary point of contact to assist and resolve escalated issues
• Working knowledge of title industry systems and software. SoftPro/Qualia/Salesforce a plus
