Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Proven leadership ability with high professional and ethical standards is required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
- Superior organizational skills are required.
- Thorough knowledge of construction industry best practices and building codes is required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities for ground-up retail and restaurant projects.
- Liaise with developers, client representatives, government officials, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Understand and enforce company safety requirements.
- Develop, update, and maintain the project schedule.
- Monitor construction for compliance with plans and specifications.
- Ensure quality standards are exceeded.
- Determine and proactively communicate workforce requirements to subcontractors.
- Complete project reporting from startup through closeout using Procore Construction Management Software.
- Establish and maintain a positive working environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Procore Construction Management Software.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification and First Aid and CPR training.
