Mobile and Wireless Business Development and Technical Lead, Senior Manager
Key Role:
Serve as a strategic business and technical leader on Booz Allen’s secure mobility team to effectively lead the shaping, capture, development, and delivery of mobile and wireless capabilities across the federal government. Work closely with government clients, mission experts, senior technical experts, and industry to define and develop solutions to meet highly complex client technical challenges. Build and maintain relationships throughout the industry and government. Collaborate internally with vertical market teams to develop and maintain a multimillion-dollar pipeline and capture new 5G or NextG and enterprise mobile business growth. Lead business development and proposal activities. Direct all phases of contract execution and delivery with responsibility for cost, schedule, performance, planning, resourcing, hiring, and risk management for successful technical performance. Promote Booz Allen mobile and wireless capability awareness and provide mission and technical thought leadership by participating in internal and external technical forums. Maintain responsibility for the leadership and development of experienced teams of highly technical professionals.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a leadership role that combines technical and business strategy with mobile and wireless communications
10+ years of experience leading capture and proposal activities for government acquisitions
5+ years of experience managing end-to-end mobile solutions to lead a team of functional experts through proof-of-concept development to production deployment
Experience with the assessment, integration, and deployment of 5G and NextG technologies across the federal government
Experience managing contracts greater than $5 million
Experience leading teams of 15+ employees
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
