  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role that combines technical and business strategy with mobile and wireless communications
  • 10+ years of experience leading capture and proposal activities for government acquisitions
  • 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end mobile solutions to lead a team of functional experts through proof-of-concept development to production deployment
  • Experience with the assessment, integration, and deployment of 5G and NextG technologies across the federal government
  • Experience managing contracts greater than $5 million
  • Experience leading teams of 15+ employees

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic business and technical leader on Booz Allen’s secure mobility team to effectively lead the shaping, capture, development, and delivery of mobile and wireless capabilities across the federal government.
  • Work closely with government clients, mission experts, senior technical experts, and industry to define and develop solutions to meet highly complex client technical challenges.
  • Build and maintain relationships throughout the industry and government.
  • Collaborate internally with vertical market teams to develop and maintain a multimillion-dollar pipeline and capture new 5G or NextG and enterprise mobile business growth.
  • Lead business development and proposal activities.
  • Direct all phases of contract execution and delivery with responsibility for cost, schedule, performance, planning, resourcing, hiring, and risk management for successful technical performance.
  • Promote Booz Allen mobile and wireless capability awareness and provide mission and technical thought leadership by participating in internal and external technical forums.
  • Maintain responsibility for the leadership and development of experienced teams of highly technical professionals.
