- Candidate must have or be able to obtain a government security clearance of SECRET
- Scheduling, planning, estimating, customer support, and product delivery
- Developing, modifying, and reviewing Naval shipboard technical documentation and U.S. Navy Technical Manuals
- Writing, editing, and reviewing technical materials in support of maintenance, repair, testing, product improvement, and/or alteration of Naval Ship Systems and Equipment
- Participating in peer reviews of the work of other technical writers
- Experience with MBPS (Model Based Product Support) a plus
- Experience with Extensible Markup Language (XML)
