Requirements
  • Previous work experience in a full-service upscale or luxury hotel or resort is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Candidates must maintain professional presentation and grooming standards.
  • Candidates must be flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Candidates must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout guest and Front Desk areas for extended periods.
Responsibilities
  • Provide welcoming and exceptional service upon guest arrival and throughout the stay to create a meaningful experience for guests.
  • Check in and check out guests according to resort procedures.
  • Address guest requests, challenges, or complaints in a friendly, attentive, and timely manner.
  • Communicate Front Office and guest needs to management or other departments.
  • Manage reservations and VIP guest amenities and requests.
  • Maintain working knowledge of resort operations, the Bardo brand, available guest services, and resort programming.
  • Maintain and uphold brand, operational, culture, and service standards in all guest areas and across the resort.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous Front Desk Agent, Guest Service Agent, or similar guest-facing hotel experience is preferred.
  • Previous hotel property management system experience is preferred.
