Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science or related field
  • 10+ years experience in data analytics, measurement, or audience strategy at an advertising platform or publisher
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in a hybrid data leadership role
  • Experience working with Product and Sales teams, familiarity with roadmapping processes and inbound/outbound activities
  • Deep understanding of advertisers needs, on- and offline measurement, audience targeting, and data architecture and privacy.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc.) as well as data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Dataroma, etc).
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills coupled with the ability to tell stories and build deep relationships with senior level marketers and other C level roles
  • An ability to build deep relationships across a broad organization, cultivate a fun and collaborative work environment, and identify problems from different perspectives. Humility and emotional intelligence are crucial to success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Build the long-term vision for data, insights, and measurement for Uber Advertising
  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks to enable our diverse portfolio of Brand and Performance advertisers to better understand the power of our audience data, driving continuous revenue growth for the business
  • Scale insights globally through self-serve tools and data visualization to enable better decision-making
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and other teams to implement data-driven strategies and launch new targeting/measurement solutions
  • Provide thought leadership to large and small advertisers, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Tech teams, pushing for effective business measurement and data collaboration
  • Work with the Sales and Account Management team to enable them to sell and retain clients using a data-driven approach
  • Drive continuous revenue growth by empowering clients to improve KPIs through data insights and measurement techniques.
