Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team of MOPs professionals
  • 8-10 years hands-on experience implementing marketing applications in high technology or subscription software organizations, managing MarTech architecture at scale
  • Experience managing experienced marketing technology resources
  • Experience with martech implementations for global companies and high-growth startups
  • Experience with Marketing, Go-To-Market, and Campaign to Lead business processes
  • Experience implementing large-scale marketing systems with a product management mindset in an agile scrum-based model
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, workflow and process, web platforms, Google Suite, ABM platforms, content platforms, and performance analytics
  • Experience in UTM tagging to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Experience in personalizing customer journeys using automation tools for campaign management & content ops
  • Experience in segmentation, lead routing (RingLead)
  • Understanding of responsive web design, accessibility, and SEO best practices
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and enterprise applications teams to drive efficiency at every level of the funnel
  • Lead the vision for the marketing technology roadmap, audit and evaluate the marketing technology stack, drive efficiency across the marketing operations team
  • Build and develop a high-performing marketing operations team, mentor team members focused on marketing technologies, lead workflow, customer data platforms, and campaign management
  • Develop tech stack vision for new and existing marketing systems, support marketing systems architecture and strategy, work cross-functionally with key stakeholders
  • Assess opportunities and risks with GTM teams, create & deliver presentations, contribute to pipeline discussions
  • Ensure no lead is left behind, manage and optimize lead management, drive data management to increase data integrity and market reach, identify opportunities to transform marketing automation and AI
  • Manage website platform and infrastructure, partner with legal to develop and own marketing data privacy practices
