Requirements

3-5 years of clinician scheduling or related experience required
Experience within Urgent Care, Primary Care or Virtual Care a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with clinicians
Ability to be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and able to quickly adapt to change
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other common office software

Responsibilities

Drive a high level of clinician engagement and retention by providing excellent support and communication throughout the clinicians tenure with Included Health
Complete activities related to the hiring and termination of clinicians, including contract review, communicating timelines, and schedule builds
Scheduling clinicians to ensuring adherence to contractual and shift adherence requirements, optimizing state by state coverage, patient access, clinician productivity and visit growth goals
Review state by state coverage and be able to identify where we need additional licenses or shift changes to help make sure our patients are covered 24/7
Provide support for practice management and clinician reviews between the practice, leadership, and corporate teams
Additional activities and initiatives to support practice operations

The Clinician Liaison will work closely with Included Health’s clinicians to ensure clinician satisfaction and engagement within the practice. The Clinician Liaison is responsible for scheduling clinicians to established member service level/wait time goals, while ensuring patients receive timely and quality care. The Clinician Liaison will collaborate cross functionally on various practice support and growth related activities.
