  • 3-5 years of clinician scheduling or related experience required
  • Experience within Urgent Care, Primary Care or Virtual Care a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with clinicians
  • Ability to be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and able to quickly adapt to change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other common office software
  • Drive a high level of clinician engagement and retention by providing excellent support and communication throughout the clinicians tenure with Included Health
  • Complete activities related to the hiring and termination of clinicians, including contract review, communicating timelines, and schedule builds
  • Scheduling clinicians to ensuring adherence to contractual and shift adherence requirements, optimizing state by state coverage, patient access, clinician productivity and visit growth goals
  • Review state by state coverage and be able to identify where we need additional licenses or shift changes to help make sure our patients are covered 24/7
  • Provide support for practice management and clinician reviews between the practice, leadership, and corporate teams
  • Additional activities and initiatives to support practice operations
