Senior Product Manager
We have a strong commitment to building a diverse team. If you’re from a background that’s underrepresented, we’d particularly love to meet you.

What You Get to Do
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our product’s future, working closely with Product Designers and Engineers to deliver solutions that customers love and align with our business objectives. You’ll use customer insights to discover, prototype, test, and build solutions that bring our product vision to life.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Product Evangelist: Champion Fringe’s product vision and strategy both internally and externally.
- Strategic Influence: Align user insights with business goals to ensure the development of valuable and viable solutions.
- Product Discovery: Lead user research and discovery efforts, iterating insights into further discovery, prototypes, and tests that lead to valuable and viable solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment through clear communication.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to guide product decisions, measure success, and iterate based on feedback.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop strategies that ensure successful product launches and drive adoption and growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of learning and improvement within the Product and Engineering Teams.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced and Empowered: With 5+ years in Product Management and 2+ years of experience working on technology-powered products, you understand modern product discovery and delivery methods and how to drive the best solutions for business challenges.
- Technical Mindset: You understand the intersection of technology and product, how it fits together, and how to communicate technical concepts in simple terms to various stakeholders. If you’ve been a former engineer, this is icing on the cake!
- Product-Focused Mindset: You have a product-focused mindset. You have the passion and ability to discover what our customers will love and help them realize the value our products offer.
- Problem Solver: You excel at solving tough problems with innovative solutions, embracing failure and iteration as part of the process.
- Customer-Centric: You deeply understand our users and customers, transforming insights into user-centered solutions through ongoing prototyping and testing.
- Business-Savvy: You grasp various business constraints and know how to develop solutions that are both valuable and viable.
- Data-Driven: You influence decisions through data and logical reasoning, effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders.
- Adaptable Innovator: You’re not just comfortable with change, you actively seek it out, tracking industry trends to keep our products ahead of the curve.
- Accountability-Driven: You’re someone who is willing to sign up for results and take responsibility for the outcomes, working through others to achieve necessary results.
- Lifelong Learner: You’ve demonstrated the ability to learn and engage with multiple functional areas of business, such as engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
- Collaborative Leader: You thrive in an environment of continuous collaboration, clearly articulating the rationale driving decisions and working well with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Inclusive Team Player: You value diverse perspectives and believe that innovation thrives in teams where different viewpoints come together to solve complex problems. You’re ready to bring your unique experiences and background to our product teams.
- Compelling Communicator: You are an excellent communicator, able to articulate decisions clearly and persuasively.
- Characterized by Humility: You work quickly, with confidence, and without ego. We’re a startup and we run fast and lean – which means every individual on the Product Team has a high degree of ownership and potential impact. You have the opportunity (and are expected) to exercise leadership and expertise in your daily work, having strongly held and defensible ideas, and advocating for what you believe is right. But you’re also eager to hear differing opinions, adept at identifying and evaluating tradeoffs, willing to be proven wrong, and quick to walk through fire to help your fellow teammates.

About Fringe
We built Fringe to give companies a better way to show love and care to their people. Because we believe it’s the people who really matter.
Companies exist because of the products and services they offer, but we believe the people within them should come first. At Fringe, this is the way we live.
Practically this means we hire people who care about their teammates just as much as (if not more than) themselves. We hire people who are genuine, humble, willing to learn, ready to teach, able to adapt, flex, collaborate, celebrate each other, win together and lose together.
We’re a startup, and that means we must be a courageous group. We solve problems all day, but we also mess up sometimes. We extend grace to each other, and we try again. We aren’t looking for perfect people. We’re looking for people who own their faults, play to their strengths, and have the courage to simply be the same person all the time.
If that doesn’t sound like your cup of cold brew, no hard feelings. But that’s exactly who we are and what you can expect when you work at Fringe.
Still interested? We’d love for you to apply.
