Responsibilities
  • Champion Fringe’s product vision and strategy both internally and externally
  • Align user insights with business goals to ensure the development of valuable and viable solutions
  • Lead user research and discovery efforts, iterating insights into further discovery, prototypes, and tests that lead to valuable and viable solutions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment through clear communication
  • Utilize data and analytics to guide product decisions, measure success, and iterate based on feedback
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop strategies that ensure successful product launches and drive adoption and growth
  • Promote a culture of learning and improvement within the Product and Engineering Teams
