  • 1-3 years experience leading and growing a team

Responsibilities
  • Hiring and building out an effective team of Sales Development Representatives
  • Mentoring, coaching, and driving forward the personal development of individuals on the team
  • Implementing productivity goals, objectives, and incentive initiatives
  • Working closely with Sales team leads to align pipeline goals and forecasts
  • Collaborating with Marketing team to define outbound and account-based marketing strategy and sequences
